LGI Staff: Management

Lancaster Gastroenterology, Inc., is governed by a physician board of directors chaired by an executive director who also serves as the practice administrator. The Managing Partner and Executive Director work together as the senior leadership team to implement the board's directives.

The leadership team is supported by a practice controller/assistant administrator who oversees day-to-day operations and three subordinate managers who manage the clinical, office, and billing functions.
